An unopened bottle can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; write to [email protected]. Return shipping is yours to pay unless we made a mistake or the product is faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened bottles, except when there is a problem with the product (for example a skin reaction, an unusual smell or a leak): write to us and we will refund you. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund it, shipping included, with no return needed. If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days or passes the expected date, we open a trace with Canada Post and replace or refund the order. Refunds go to the original payment method. These terms do not remove any right you have under law, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
